Your body tells you which emotions you are not letting go of. Learn how to listen to your body and get rid of your symptons...
How many times have you had back pain, shoulder pain, stomach pain or any other pain for some time that comes and goes and you don't even know why?
How many times have you had stomach problems or even a fever that comes one day and goes away the next day?
Your body's symptoms exist for a reason. The simple explanation behind them is: When you have an emotional conflict your mind gets stressed and if this stress is not well released you experience anxiety. Anxiety makes you accumulate tension in your body. Given that all your body is connected to your mind, the part of your body that will accumulate tension will depend on which particular emotion you are not releasing or letting go of, because every emotion is connected to a particular part of your body.
How to use Biodecoding
The best way for me has always been to just google: "Biodecoding left shoulder pain", "Biodecoding right upper back pain" and so on... I always pick up the first 2 o 3 articles or websites on the list and read them. You will find them all very similar most of the time.
Once you have read what your symptoms represent emotionally you will have to reflect a lot on it to identify how those emotions are taking part in your life, because you won't probably be able to identify them at first sight.
Emotions are most often very hard to decode or recognize because our brains are very good at keeping them hidden so we can live happily in our comfort zones.
So, this is what you have to do:
Just kidding.
Connecting your emotions
To identify your symptoms or pains you will have to become very good at acknowledging your emotions and connecting them with the situations that cause you symptoms afterward.
For example:
- “I get nervous or anxious about speaking in public then I have stomach ache”.
- “I feel responsible for my mother's health and my back aches when I go to bed”.
- “I had a bad argument with my partner and now my throat aches and my voice is hoarse”.
This will then help to heal your emotions in order to stop experiencing symptoms and pains.
How do we heal our emotions?
We don't, but we stop them from being hurtful. We handle them in a Rational way that won't be a cause of stress anymore.
Emotions are triggered by memories and events that left a wound because we experienced them as sad, annoying, resenting, angry or aggressive when we were children.
The way we feel and experience life is basically molded by our childhood.
So acknowledging your emotions and connecting them with your memories will help you figure out why some situations trigger those emotions in your present, because they will be probably similar situations to your past.
Once you have untangled the origin of your emotional wounds it will be a lot easier for you to take a step back every time you need to, in order to take a more objective approach and stop them from stressing your body out.
